Thanks for the comments Guys. The Sheraton Thompson car was a great buy but i was sad to see it in pieces. Thanks to some strong glue (E6000) i managed to get it looking good again.
As  for the 959 it is the first i know of in 1/12 but it is such a great piece to add to a collection, very happy with it. :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :yahoo: :occasion14:

Hi Nat,not allowed any new models into the home just yet but i have been speaking to Mike who i bought the rare 1/12 McLarens and a few more last year.Hope to get two he knows i want in his collection as he is thinking about it but they are many ££££££ ( 1 of 5 - #4 Amalgam 1/18 1997 Thrust SSC,the only one ever signed by Andy Green who drove the real LSR car and then the other is the one off 1/12 ish Bloodhound SSC that was made for the LSR team but Mike knew the maker and made him an offer he couldn't refuse) so if i do get these they would surely be prized possessions but then i would have to get them in the house past the wife LOL. See what the new year brings as i plan to also get the 1/18 Exoto XS models i had for a short while and the CMC 1/18 ones too along with some rare 1/12th versions. Lets hope next year i have enough room to go for it as i have a list as long as my arm of models to get. :occasion14: :yahoo:

Great job fixing the 64 Sheraton Thompson it looks fantastic. I was two years old when AJ was running this car around the track and I gotta say the car has aged way better than I have :bawling: . Its going to take me quite some time to view all of you 100 plus pages but I will get through them all, eventually , my internet speed is up and down all the time. Awesome collection from what I have seen so far. :eusa_clap: :occasion14:

Great adds Darren.
I guess it is easier to try to hide the 1:18 scale boxes from the wife :nice:  .
Jokes aside nice to see you back collecting again.
I bet that your backlog of models you want to add are pretty long by now.

Hello again, after a long time without collecting i am back to show a few models i have bought in the last few months that i managed to squeeze past the Wife without too much bother LOL.

Here is a superbly detailed 1/18th from CMC. It's the CMC 1/18 1936 Auto Union Engine. I just love the small detail of these engines,a worthy addition.

CMC‘s engines are all very cool (and meanwhile you gathered them all I guess :occasion14: ), but the 16 cylinder beast of Auto Union is even outstanding amongst the others. :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:
I always felt tempted but I‘m afraid to open up a new field of collecting... :yahoo:

Thanks Guys,i have all eight and will be shown in due course. Indeed it is (yet)another avenue i have gone down but what i have bought so far in 1/18 i have been extremely happy with. The Aston Martin motor is a very nice one so a toss up between that and this Auto Union. :yahoo: :occasion14: :danke:
