Hi, have any of you ordered direct from BBR at all??
Reason I'm asking is that I've placed an order and paid for the laferrari model at the beginning of the week and my order status hasn't changed from "in progress" in all that time.
Is that normal? How long does it usually take? I've been browsing the forum and read a few bad stories regarding BBR, so I'm getting a bit worried now.
If anyone could help me then I'd be very grateful.

Thank you.
Ryan.

I'm sure he'll chime in, but ask Mikum. He ordered the BBR laferrari which took a few months to arrive (but that might have been a pre order) :gaah:  Hopefully yours will come sooner though.

I ordered the SP12 during their summer slump MyWay offer. The whole process from order to delivery took about 4 days, which is very good. The problem seems to be in the LaFerrari model and the fragmented availability. It's also driving the woman in charge crazy I believe, people asking about it, or seeing it pop up at priveliged stores months ago and then getting angry. I've been trying to get a replacement part for a model from them and after some communication and promises, they are no longer responding. It's been 4 months.
Hit or miss, I'd order elsewhere if given a chance, but the sp12 deluxe was exclusive to their store

If it's not die-cast, it won't have a crumple zone

Awe right :( there's no way I can get a refund either is there?
I can't even email them either as my email doesn't work.

I ordered it Tuesday, so I imagined they would have shipped the thing now.
I wish I listened to Craig and just bought from Hong Kong, lol

The total for me came to 313 euro shipped to me for carbon roof

Hk was 440usd + 68usd for shipping. Came with display case how ever but it's like 80usd more expensive, so I personally don't think the display case is worth that much

Ryan hang in there, I had the same and when I contacted Barbara that the status on my order has'nt changed at all, she took a look at it and the next day it was in the post, don't mail her though, if you can, call her directly (0039 02 99768477) and settle it over the phone, you have to call in the mornings though because she's only there until 12:00. Good luck and PM if you need anything :occasion14:

Ok thank you mikum!! :) really appreciate it. I've mailed her this morn already.
I tried ringing at first, but it just rings and rings. No one ever answers lol.
I imagine I won't get a reply now until Monday.
When I read in your thread about them being very ignorant when replying, that made me nervous lol.

Thanks again :)

no probs Ryan, just hope you have better luck than I do and that your model arrives in tact, just a side note, BBR never replies with mails that the model has been shipped, they normally use DHL (well it was that case with my model) and from DHL you'll get an automatic mail with tracking number - looking forward to your posts when the model arrives :nice:

Hopefully the model hasn't been shipped so I can get the refund. I've just bought the carbon roof one from carmodel.com
It's cheaper than what BBR are charging for the normal geneva version.

Why don't you send your model back and buy the carbon roof one?
I'll post pics up as soon as I get mine :)

Cheers :)

well I am considering sending it back and I might just do that and request a refund, just saw the one on carmodel, I might even opt for the yellow or black one in the end

I would if I was you, mate. You get a rarer version for less money. The yellow does look really good, it suits the car which is funny as I hate the enzo in yellow.

All of the 3 colors BBR is releasing now will also be done by HWE, so if you want rare, you have a longer wait ahead :occasion14:

I think I'll get the HWE in black. I like LaFerrari enough to buy another model of it.
