Finally starting to post pictures of all the models I got since January 1st. :happy

I know some of you has been asking to see them for a while, sorry for the delay, :storm but my camera died in the first week of January and it took me a while to buy a new one. I was very busy and it took a while before I got started once I got myself a new cam. But later is better then never ... :giggle

I won't elaborated much on those new additions. I can't really make a writing review because, like I said I bought those model a while ago already, and since I had so much to do between the time I bought it, shoot it and edit the pictures and everything ... I don't remember much about what's to say about it!

But I say a bit about all of them ... and then let the pictures do the talking :cheers

One of my favourite 911 generation …

Norev surely hit me hard with this one, plus it came in my favourite color combo : black with tan interior! :heat: :tongue :heat:

There was no way I could let this one out of my collection! Plus, in my opinion, they made a wonderful job with it! :eek:k

They included a targa roof that can be put on or remove. The interior is one of the best I've seen in a Norev model. Ok, I only have 6 Norev models, but it's the best interior I've seen.

Paint's great and details are nicely done all around the model. Great model to have in your collection :cheers

DX result: 10/10

My personal appreciation note: 8/10

Another sweet porsche Jeff :cheers
I agree, the 911 Turbo range from Norev is nothing short of top quality for the price. I'm more than happy to have all of them, the tyre size issue doesn't even bother me. :10

Very nice Jeff! I wish Norev was easier to find here in the US. When I get one, I will have to lower it though.

Hi, Jeff. I just took delivery of a Norev very similar to yours today. Its the 1977 911 Turbo 3.3l coupe in midnight blue. It's so dark that it looks black. I had to hold a small flashlight up to it just see if it was really blue. I bought it on eBay from Miniatureauto.com in France. Its been my favourite Porsche since I first saw it in an issue of Road & Track magazine back in the 70's. The detail is really good. My only issue is the rear tires. They should be twice the width that they are on the model, thats why they flaired the rear wheel wells. I would like to change them if I can find some wider tires and wheels. I guess I'll have to search ebay and see what might be available. I wonder if anyone else has a source for tires and wheel replacements or if anyone has attempted what I plan to do. I'd post some pics but I'm having computer problems, Window XP in particular which prevents me from uploading anything.

For proper Fuchs wheels, especially made for Norev 930s, there is a company called Modellautotechnik, also from Germany. At 29 Euro/set, definitely not cheap but the results are top notch!

Thanks Florin, I found exactly what I need from Modellautotechnik for the Norev 911 Turbo. They have a wheel set made for Norev. Fantastic.
