..Yes, another Esprit. I know this car's been around the block a bit, but I finally got mine today and I"m psyched! I'd been wanting one for a very long time. This being an old release, it was used (AA's Millennium series was quite a while ago) and the packaging was in rough shape, but the model's great! Just dusty. I don't think I really need to say much about the Esprit, its reputation speaks for itself. It's one of my all-time favorite cars, styling-wise. And It's got a great spot in a display case sitting below my '75 Pantera!

Also, Congrats on adding this one Scott! 👏 It is just an AMAZING little mode of a car with a HUGE personality! I always loved Esprits and I could imagine you being psyched finally getting one.
I miss when AA was consistently doing this level of detailing and using metal bodies. I regret that I only bought 1 red one, I should have bought yellow or black, especially yellow as well. This was also back when I was NOT BUYING duplicates either. One recently late friend got me kinda' hooked on buying multiples of the same car. It's a road that I am happy too read that you have avoided thus far (okay, that Century, might need an exception...lol)😄
Congrats again on this add! Looks stunning in black over tan! CHEERS!🥂

I always love when someone posts this, one of my favorite Autoarts 😄 I've had the yellow one forever, although this black one is very nice too, especially with the tan interior. I actually ordered the black one, and the shop sent me the yellow one by mistake, but I liked it enough not to bother with the return.
One note, though, this is a much earlier model year, maybe 1997 or 1998. By 2004, the Esprit had double round taillights, extra bumpers, different rims, etc. I prefer this earlier one though, partly because this and the Elise GT1 were my introductions to Lotus in Need for Speed II SE.

Fixed it! Thanks for the correction!

Thanks for that! It's really not that I don't want two of anything, either. I just always feel like I want to run the full gamut before I start circling back and repeating myself ;) But.... you're right, I really would love another Century in red or silver, they look so good. I love the removable engine cover and the hidden spare! I can't do it right now, but maybe when my current orders have settled a bit I'll see if I can find one.

Heartiest congratulations @Scottimus . It's indeed a fantastic model. I too have the exact same one and I just adore it. Good old days😇

Congrats, its a great model.

now you just need an S1 and a turbo to keep it company

The Esprit along with the Elise are the only cars I’ve multiples of, although it’s easy as there are so many variants of them

ive three turbos (the two bonds and an Essex), the two S1 bond cars and a yellow V8. All are excellent but the V8 is definitely the best of the bunch
