I like this shot a lot because of the subtle lighting off the right side of the car. Plus the rear of the car being all-black shows nicely too.

This is the first Corvette C5-R I got for my collection around July 2003.

I really should've zoomed the lens out a little to frame the car better. There'll be a next time when I shoot this car again. :giggle

AutoArt and the case of the Wobbly Rear Wing.

While we all like to think that AutoArt makes the best C5-R, they still have the rear wing all screwed up.

Sorry about the quality of this pic, but look at the attitude of the rear wing, relative to the rear body work.

Why, oh why, can't we get a proper C5-R?

:confused

Oh I quite agree with you Jim!!! I kept on pushing the wing so that it'd be pitched down but alas, no such luck!!! :ranting :crying
Careful dissasembly and judicious application of Super Glue.

Should do the trick.

Souky/Jeff/Jeff: Thanks for the kind words gents! I'm glad you also like that/those pictures. I usually don't get to take pictures until late at night after the kids have long gone to bed. When my wifey pops in a chick-flick DVD, I "opt out" and set up shop to take pics and do photo editing. She's pretty understanding about it nowadays. She even complimented me on one of my McLaren pics yesterday! :happy Anyway, A couple nights ago, I was up until 1:30 a.m. monkeying around with my diecast cars. :giggle :giggle
