Motorsports High End

Post your nominations for high end motorsports for the year 2012 below.

This category is for motorsports models with a manufacturers retail price OVER $70 USD.
  • Each model must match the category it is entered. It is not my responsibility or the mods to figure that out for you.
  • Every nomination will be accompanied by one (1) non-copyrighted image of the model. Pictures from manufacturers are OK, but not retailers/outside seller/outside sites. You your own pictures or another members if they are OK with that
  • Maximum picture size will be 1024 X 768
  • Each model must be released in the year 2012..........not December 30th 2011 or on its way to retailers on the 30th of December 2012. It must be released and available to the public within the 2012 year.
  • Only original releases allowed. This means no repaints, re-releases, upgraded, or any other modification. Spoilers and stripes do not make it a new model
  • There will be a budget and high-end nomination thread for each; this is for the retail price, not a special deal you got through a seller or manufacturer, don't try and sneak a CMC Maserati in the budget category
  • Each category must have at least five (5) nominations or I will start a voting thread.
  • Any nominations that does not follow the previously mentioned rules will not partake in the voting

Yeah, it is high end for sure, and it is a racer. This can cover the liveried versions too.
OK removed.
I will go with this one The McLaren F1 Stealth.

This does look good. The thing is, can it be considered a 2012 release as the Mclaren was released a few years ago?

Just checking the rules.
When was it released for sale? I thought it was 2012. Feel free to remove it

As in the Mclaren F1 roadcar was released a couple of years ago.
If it breaks the rules i will remove it, but technically it is under motor sports models isn't it ?
OK, the Mcleran is an old model. It does not apply to the rules and will not be able to run for MotY.

Can't quite remember when the DE Art Car version came out...if it was 2011, this can be ignored:

I like the choices, and I would like to add the Highway 61 Altered Dragsters...if they were new to 2012. I think they were, can someone add a picture of one for me..

Thanks
