I know that a red Italian model is a rather predictable choice, but it's likely to be my option when it arrives.
I have the white AUTOart, and this will make a nice addition.

The Volvo P1800s are available on some shops here in the US: 1969 Volvo 1800 S Medium Blue 1/18 Diecast Model Car by Norev

I don't plan on replacing my fully opening Minichamps ES with this one, but the blue S looks very nice, just a shame that it's sealed.

Great stuff!
The 2.8 Capri returns in right hand drive in a nice metallic grey.
I would dearly love to get one of these, but just can't see past the inaccurate roof line at the top of the doors, and the odd shape of the scuttle.

I wondered if anyone else caught this from the Norev instagram account during the Nuremburg Toy fair. They posted a story video, and it showed for a quick moment on screen a prototype of the 992 GT3 RS. Check it out! (I hope I can link to the screencapture I posted to FB here)

They will probably release 4 or 5 colours of the GT3 RS at a fair price point. Should be good. They're probably also looking to release the CSL at a fair price point to fill the gap between Solido and Otto/Kyosho/Autoart. Too bad the real car was only built in just 2 colours.

Oh nice! Thanks for sharing - haha I didn't see them post it, my snap shows more of the car, I cant find any more on DCS site, are there any better detailed photos like this but showing more than just the nose?
The M3 CSL is a good shout! I have had all of them, but sold the Kyosho one a while ago as the offset / inboard front wheels annoyed me.
Strange, I've never noticed inboard front wheels on my M3 from Kyosho... Nevertheless, a decent CSL with opening parts is always good news!

I had my eyes on the limited edition green 964 Norev released this week (apparently sold out already) and stumbled upon this outrageously priced listing on Ebay. At first I thought someone's got their hands on the LE prior to the release, then noticed it's one of 300 while the one on Norev's website is limited to 200, and the lovely color combo of Oak Green over tan interior vs the uninspiring black... Yup, Norev did it again, it's one of God knows how many retailer limited editions. Premium-modelcars has 2, Modelissimo has some and you need to have a PhD to know what's available where because Norev's not there to help ;) Meanwhile the silver 992 GT3 I wanted to add is still only available on Ebay from some Chinese sellers.

This is not the way Norev, this is really not the way... /rant mode off.

By the way, there's a nice color combo of P1800S on Modelissimo:

It's a pity this one is a closed shell... I've seen this car in this exact color combo in person, it's a sight to behold.

pu_eva_encap: his listings are all silly priced like that.

See also: frederik-niehues, gustone1986, wohnideenruss, superfly27, ptitoys, etc.... they're not the same person, but their model prices are just as crazy.

I'm reconsidering the P1800 ES already. The Minichamps has been one of my favorite models since I got it last year, but I think that's more because I love the 1:1 so much... looking at it again, the Norev looks like it has a better shape, the Minichamps looks kinda low and flattened. And Norev picked the right rims for it. Maybe I'll get both and do a comparison.

Look again, then see how they are on the real one and the AutoArt & OttO Mobile models ones, the offset is really strange!
Something rather unusual but possibly very useful.
I might be tempted to use one to replace the oversized CMC version.
It won't help with the front suspension issue though (which doesn't really bother me).

Those 964 Targas that have been showing up recently look gorgeous...may be my first Norev model :)
Hello. I came across a clip on the Internet about one of Norev's upcoming new models. I personally found it interesting, mainly because of the new models of Mercedes and BMW, of course there are many other brands.

Some China sellers already have pics of the W126 re-release in black with tan interior. Now I have to decide if I'd rather have this or the limited re-release of the Otto OT297. Full opening or cooler looks.
As far as I understand, there are two options. One has chrome rims and the other has aluminum color.
I know that a red Italian model is a rather predictable choice, but it's likely to be my option when it arrives.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! I like the license plate on the targa, nice touch :) By the way, I see some of the last LE 964s (dull oak green on black) listed on classifieds for around +/- 170 euro already... People have no shame.
