Really not my cup of tea. Especially after swarm of RWBs Porsche and R35 in (mostly) 1/64 lately, by tons of brands, tons of packaging, tons of so-called exclusive frames, tons of liveries. I'm fed up. What was seems like a unique creation, now simply too much, too common.
I'm surprised there are enough collectors willing to fork out the $$$ to buy these things.maybe it's just a sign of the F&F culture taking over amongst younger collectors perhaps?
GT Spirit has not made anything in months that I actually bought. A couple of these would be nice. I am thinking the Koenig Special and 964 Lightweight. The GT-R Italdesign is a great looking car. I would love that as a model. So, if it looks good, I will get that one. Maybe three models for next year.
I am interested in their McLaren models. They just need to be cool colors.
I'm with you Jon, not anything for me in the last few months, but I have ordered the Koenig Testarossa spyder after seeing your MG version (couldn't find one for sale) and I ordered the Italdesign R35 as well as the Ferrari 456 GT.
Looking at the Audi estate above, it appears as though GTS are saving money on some clear coat paint.
I wonder if these reductions are being passed on to buyers.....
I bought both about a 5 weeks ago and posted pics of them in the what did you buy thread. They look fantastic, but both are limited. The D3S to 200 pieces and the B3 to 300 pieces. Both are sold out.
They're not. The ones they announce are the normal price of about 100 eur from re sellers.
They never mentioned the Alpina models so that price is probably set by Alpina themselves.
