The 1/12 scale Mercedes-Benz W201 190 EVO 2 DTM has now sold out.
Which shows that endless wide arch 911 variants and others are getting old (and yes I know it's usually under the GTS badge).
And that weird French cars unknown outside France are now at saturation point - and no more wretched 2CV models please!

Another Audi avant for u perhaps? 😝
I received 2x 1:12 Mercedes 190 today. Started off with one box being damaged. I opened both boxes to find out that both models have dust and air underneath both the paint and decals, the models are covered in glue residue and overall execution extremely poor. They included separate antennas for yourself to attach, but the antennas are the kind they use for 1:18 cars, the flimsy ones. For the vertical antenne you will have to pinch a tiny hole through the roofs livery so you can fit the antenna, on a designated location on the roof. Once you've done that, the hole is too large for the antenna so the antenna doesn't stay in. I also noticed that the steering wheel looks unfinished in a pale grey color. It's been a while but Otto strikes again. Both models are going back and not getting replacements. This car is an utter waste of money.

Yeah, someone needs to have a word with Otto's marketing department. What they lost in the translation, they found 10-fold in lewdness.
Anyway, that RX-7 does look very tempting. Anyone want to take bets on how quickly this sells out on pre-order?

Obscure in a global market doesn't even begin to explain this release.
I'm all for classic motorsport subjects, but I wonder how many people who are still alive will know of this Alpine, let alone want a 1/18th scale model of it.
I guess whether it ends up in the bargain bin will settle the issue in the end...... :<(
