About 9-12 months ago, Darrick sent this car to me as a present. For the longest time, it had really bugged me that I was unable to capture the colours of this car properly. Since I've discovered sunlight a few days ago :giggle :giggle as a way to light up cars, I've re-shot pictures of a few cars. This car is made by Ertl in (no, not 1:43) but 1:18. I **think** I've finally done justice to the car with my pics.

Very generous of Darrick to hook you up like that, Felix. :nicejob :cheers

Since you're very happy with the hue of natural light, perhaps you should invest in some of the special bulbs the professionals use. :cheers

It most certainly does Darrick. :cheers Thanks once again for this gem. :happy :happy

I think I'll have to bottle up some sunshine and export to you fellas. :lol :lol It's good stuff. :giggle

Souky: I had thought of getting some decent lights but as of right now, I don't have a dedicated spot in the house to shoot pics from. Something tells me I'd be tossed into the basement. Trouble is that it's unfinished (i.e. bare walls, concrete floor, electrical receptacles are a bit scarce, etc.) so it's not the nicest spot. I prefer to take over the living room, but then that's just a temporary set-up for the shoot.
