I was browsing AUTOart's site, and they have a weird Mitsu EVO VII car, with huge spoiler and big rims. The link is here:

Anyone seen this in person? According to the site, it's still in stock, so it must be relatively new?

I'm contemplating whether to ask my store to get this, but I keep thinking it looks a bit too 2f2f for my tastes....

I have never seen the model but I would surely prefer the normal street car. I agree with you, it looks too much like an undetailed 2f2f model to me....

Seen this one at my local hobby shop. The paint is between fluoroscent yellow and green. Too loud for most people. I would say it looks too toyish. The red or white Evo VII on the other hand is just what the doctor ordered.

I think it's cool, but it'd be even cooler if it wasn't in that atomic puke green and was LHD. :mine

you're right it's fairly new. to be exact it came out the same time s the EVO 8. it looks decent in person, but the only thing i would take off is the wing. the wing looks like a toy, kinda the ones you see in jada diecast. i thought at first it was the 2f2f one, but no details. overall a good looking model, but i rather get the plain 7 or 8.

I have seen their red normal street version car though. THAT is a sweet model!

I think that is almost like the 2F2F car, except without those vinyl graphics taped on the car. I think the colour is identical to the one in the movie.
