AUTOart and Gate?

Can anyone elighten me on what the association is between AUTOart and Gate? I have seen a number of auctions listed on eBay that list the manufacturer as:

AUTOart/Gate

The right manufacturer is Gateway Global. This company have to brand names: A cheap line called Gate and a premium line called AutoArt.
UT models is buyed from Gateway Global for their both brands.
