Another repaint/refining:

The 2000 tilux by Model Car Group is a nice add to collection but lacking in finish and details.
Something to do for me...

Wheels are too big and gauge too wide for this old car, so my first acting was a wheel swap (from BoS 2500).

But I also don't like the colour so I stripped it completely for repaint. Something more classy: Turquoise met.

The poor interior also got a new colour and some chrome, wood and flocking:

The whole chrome trim was redone with BMF instead of just silver painting, the exhaust got a metal tip and I added a scratch-built fog lamp and custom plates:

There's also a police version available, coming with additional high beams on front bumper.
I bought this as well and swapped the bumpers.

On vacation I was able to take some shots in front of BMW Tower, Munich:

Another sporty version is already in progress, stay tuned!

Fantastic Bimmer. Your paint always blows my mind it's so glossy and wet looking! Top Job once again man!
