I've started re-assembling the model now. I've put back on the front and rear bumpers with the head and taillights as well as the rear windows. At the moment, I'm doing the final touches to the interior and then I'll start fabricating a fuel tank.

That looks cool! Is it going to be that concept V6 Smart? Because then yuo should drill slots in the rear side windows.

I will try that eventually. I'm just worried that the plastic will snap when I start drilling it. :scared

I think it should go well, Bburago's plastic is not THAT fragile :giggle

I've changed the brakes as well on the model now. I removed the front discs and replaced them with the discs from Bburago's Ford Focus WRC kit. I removed the rear drums and replaced them with the discs that were originally on the front. I painted the brake mountings red as they are on the real car.
