Gary - I read the tail-end of your conversation with MP about this model. I thought I had posted these pics before but I couldn't find it. Anyway, here they are to help you make up your mind about this model. It's a good model and for only $60. :cheers
Well if my mind wasnt made up before , it sure is now. I want one , it looks great and is different to my Exoto 935 , which is what I was worried about .
Thanks for posting those pics Tom . :cheers :cheers
You're very welcome Gary. You're right as there are a number of differences between this one and Exoto's #99 Brumos. Both are excellent models in their own rights and price categories. C1 is lighter in weight in comparison to the Exoto and doesn't feel as solid when you go to pick it up. Nevertheless, it's a well put-together little model. The only thing I don't like about it is the safety net on the driver's side is printed on the window. The other Carousel 1 Porsches have the proper clothe net. Still, it's a lot of model for the price and I think that you'll be happy with it. :cheers
This is a great model, especially for the price. Carousel 1 did a good job on it considering it was their first Porsche. They have improved tremendously on their subsequent Porsche releases. Still, this one is well worth getting! k
