Just a quick question on the rarity of some of these models. I found a shop today that has a few in stock, the D2 grey car, the 24hr white car, Vodafone, Warsteiner, and some black one driven by Jean Alesi that I haven't seen before. I'm going to buy at least 1 of the above, and since I'll probably buy more down the road, which should I get? If they are all still readily available, I'll just get whichever one floats my fancy when I go back, but some guidance would be appreciated!

Thanks!

(PS, I went to the Ferrari dealer today, saw some guy buy a blue 575MM 1:1, while I scored the 1:18 Indy King of Rain F1 cars, for cheaper than I have seen online!)

Congrats on your buy. The King of Rain goes for big bucks down here.

Around here the Vodafone and Warsteiner are not hard to come by. I believe the white 24hr Service car is a bit more rare. Given the choice I'd go with that one. Any of them are good value in my opinion. :cheers

Which one is that LUW?
This one (Schumy's car - 2003, USGP pit scene):

:iagree That one's worth jumping on. They don't surface too often.
If you don't want the white one I would be glad to take it off your hands :lol
I am serious by the way
Good job on picking up that Hot Wheels Schumi F1 Car...living close to Indianapolis (maybe 45 minutes away), I had to buy this F1 car to add to my collection as well! :cheers Matt

MP, I can pick one up for you, they had 2 there. They also had 3 of the Vodafone cars, and I each of the Alesi, Warsteiner, and D2 car. (A quick search showed the Alesi car is a 2002 AMG version, since I couldn't remember off the top of my head.)

I was surprised that the Ferrari dealer was the cheapest source for that F1 car. That was actually one of the 2 HWs I was planning on ordering online, so now I don't have to worry about that! Now I'll just order the 52 wins car, and something else, and be done with the F1 additions for a moment. There are still a few I need, but need to make sure I don't get all stupid ordering these things again!

Was your visit to the dealer a pleasant one?
I was thinking about going up to one of the NY dealers to get some stuff for my dad's bday... but i m afraid that people there are not going to be nice since i ain't going in to buy a Ferrari!

I've always been treated well by the Ferrari dealer. I've talked to them in the past about cars in general before, and they were pretty cool with that. Usually I get asked right away if I need help with anything, even true yesterday when I went in all dirty and nasty after doing some yardwork.

Thats nice to know. I hope the Spring Valley dealer in NY has the same customer service!
