Alrighty, it was time to break out of the black background routine for this car. Given its got a lot of black on it already, I thought I'd give white a try to see how the car comes out.

This 1:43 is made by Ebbro. It is truly a fine effort by the company given the high quality in its finish. I'm particularly impressed by the smoothness of the paint, wheels and tires. The tampo prints are done very well too.

Nice looking car Felix. I think the white background works better than the black would have. Can't believe they even have decals on the wheels!!!

Thanks Eddie. The words on the wheels are imprinted on and are not decals. I dare say from my 3 Ebbro cars, their quality rivals Minichamps in the 1:43 department. Based on the 3 Minichamps race cars I have, I'd say their finish is not as sharp as Ebbro's.

I didn't know Namco is one of the sponsors. Soul Caliber, anyone? :happy

Thanks for everyone's encouraging words.

Dirk: We'll be expecting photos of your 2004 car when it arrives. :wink Do you have any picutres of the Dome cars whose engine cowl removes? I'd love to see a detailed shot of that. Neither of my 2003 Domes have a removable cowl.
G
i will already be happy when it arrives here :happy

Pretty cool for a 1:43 eh?! So Souky, where do you stand with 1:43 cars for your collection? :tempted

Nice pic Stygian Max!! I like the BG for its texture. This model is photogenic to say the least.

Thanks Jacob. I usually stay away from my textured white bristol board (is that what they call these in the U.S. too?) It looks like these photos turned out not too badly. :cheers
Dont know if its a good thing or bad that most models are not available here. :confused Guess I would have been broke just going out for one of these after looking at Felix's pictures of his models. Fantastic one as always Felix. :cheers
