Looks like we were out of commission today.

Not sure how long we have been down as I have been offline the greater portion of the day.

My hosting company processed my payment under my wifes site, but it has been sorted out with a quick email.

Hmm...maybe different areas were cut off at different times. I show the last post at 1:23PM.

I would say an adminstrative error was the case, when we pay for sites we include the amount and invoice number. We usually pay for all our sites at one time, 8 in total. 6 of them being my wifees, so they just credited all of the monies to her account. Its not the first time its happened, hopefully its the last.

I was talking to Jeff in the shoutbox at 6.23pm my time and DX went off then , so that makes it about 61/2 hours total downtime in my estimation .

I told Jeff if he didnt want to talk to me , just say so.....he didnt need to pull the plug altogether :giggle

Thanks for sorting things out Darrick :cheers

I was beginning to wonde my self. Glad it's all sorted out and Darrick, I'd be asking for some sort of credit or tell them there's a distinct chance the members will retaliate for you. :giggle :cheers

:pullhair And selfishly, I was hoping for a trailer out of it!

I was in a meeting all day long, and at every break, I would try to check in, made a long day even longer. I know I never really appreciate the respite this board offers from the drudgery of the office environment.

Glad you got it sorted out, had similar problems in the past with my host, for just one website. What a pain in the :shutup !

Now, is it time to celebrate?

:cheers
