Hi guys,

As we already have the monthly contest winners we can move straight on to the voting round. As this is a hard competition to vote for, I'm allowing multiple votes - all pictures may be voted for by each member if they chose to.

You may notice that several members have won the monthly contest twice. As they won, it's only fair they should have their pic included.
The winner will be the month with the most votes.

Please do take the time to vote. They all put a lot of effort into their pictures, so I think it is only fair that everyone takes the time to vote for them.

Voting will close on SUNDAY 30th January, UK evening time.

Hi Craig, I know this is something you can't do yourself, but I was thinking maybe VS has a way to set up something for you to put a banner or reminder on top of all pages, with the links for contests?

This thread has been posted 11 days ago, but I've never seen it until now, so I imagine other members also never saw it either.

Hi,
That is something I had asked them for recently for another contest. I can do it more than that, but I don't really want to be bothering them with it all the time (apparently it has to be approved each time) If I had access to it, sure, happy days. I'd be doing it all the time.

I currently mention the contest threads on the home page and encourage members to check them out, they're a rectangle click picture & will say, Nominate, Vote, or Winner, depending on what stage each contest is at. I think that basically it's the same as when we had status updates on the old forum, where I'd write one and put in the link to the contest.

Sadly, I can't really do much else
