Hello everyone,
You may remember a while back I mentioned that I stupidly displayed my Sauber on a wood surface, leaving pretty ugly marks on the tires. Exoto told me to use some rubbing alcohol on them which removed some of the marking. However, I was still very upset about my foolishness and decided to see if I could get replacement tires. Initially I was told that such spare parts were unavailable, but eventually I spoke with the man in charge of parts (why didn't thay let me talk to him to begin with?). He told me that I could only have two tires - I guess they only had one Sauber available for parts - and that he didn't want to part with all four. I figured I could take two now and maybe get the other two down the road. After making a few calls to remind them to ship them to me - and still being under the impression I was getting two tires - yesterday a small box came in the mail with ALL FOUR TIRES with the WHEELS included and the little contraption to get them on. I was so happy to have all four. My plan is to leave the damaged wheels on and keep the good set as spares. That way I will feel more comfortable displaying the Sauber and if the wheels get dusty or further marked, I won't care. By the way, they sent them to me wrapped in a styrofoam-like material. Should I leave them wrapped this way? How should I store them?

Good to hear that Exoto actually helps some people.

It is very stupid though to see that one is helped depending to whom one talks to. Aren't there any guidlines in that company?

So true.... and so unnatural! I study all in how the company owners are interested and very much take into consideration the happiness of the client... then bammmm... I see Exoto... :confused

You are a lucky customer, MED :cheers

And maybe they are changing for a better relationship with their customers.

Anyway, was it expensive ???
