I believe that its just a test car. I don't think its been race yet.

Hot Wheels makes their models extremely hard to mod, especially the wheels. :blastaway

Is that the only pic of it he had to work off? If so I think the lights are taped over and theres a little stability spoiler under the large one. To be honest, I hope to never see that Enzo on Tv or in real racing that spoiler doesn't suit it. Looks like a 1/64 Hot Wheels toy car.
