I saw a set of black wheels in 1;24 scale that looks similar to these, but I don't think they were the exact same. Are these from a 1:24 scale assembly line kit?

Those wheels came from a 1:24 Jada Import Racer RX7 kit. I think maisto makes the assembly line vehicles (which have different wheel interfaces).
