this one arrived today, I m pretty impressed with the quality of it. It is made by Action Performance and somehow it s got a UT feel, I mean it is heavy.

It s been 6 years since Focus WRC was launched but I still miss the Escort. But I needed a 1:18 car driven by McRae(my of my favorite drivers), so this was the only option.

I like those logos underside of the bonnet/hood.

and probably the only reason why I chose this one over AUTOart, is those better looking wheels and tyres.

BTW, the brakes are from a company called Bremb :confused , must be a typing error, not that visible though.

I have the Action Sainz version , but personally dont think its as good as the Autoart versions.
I too have Colin as my favourite driver (I met him once in his pre-famous days , remember his A reg Nova he ralied in ?) and now own all but one of his Focus WRC cars .

Was it Action who made the Solberg 1000 Lakes car?

Yeap, Dave. I ve seen two different versions of Solberg's Focus WRCs from them. It s almost as good as AUTOart but on mine the decals in some places are a bit funny.
