This hobby is sorely missing high end muscle cars. GMP only have a handful of molds. I wish Greenlight would take these molds and use new high quality tooling for the details.

HW61 certainly produced some great models - watching with interest...

Out of curiosity, is there a listing of the full Highway 61 range available anywhere online?

Scale18's listing is quite comprehensive Wes....

Oh that was Slarti that was asking that haha.

As for myself, I highly doubt these will be any good considering the current greenlight assortment doesn't really appeal to collectors. I'm guessing they'll tailor them to fit their price range, which is a shame. I'd rather pay more for a high quality model.

You never know buddy. Greenlight did some great models a few years ago - the greenlight eleanor was absolutely beautiful outside and inside - engine bay was top notch. I think it all depends on the content of what they are making.

Don't Bother Sam, Wes modifies CMC models due to lack of detail. LOL

Greenlight/Highway 61 will be an awesome pairing for the 99% of collectors who find the detail level to be good enough.

Ok, that is certainly comprehensive! Many thanks for the link.
I'm going to guess that Greenlight are acquiring the range so as to have a 'Hot Wheels Elite' type option which is a cut above their usual low price series......
Bring on TransAm race versions of those subjects that can be properly converted to full competition spec (no more 'tribute' cars please!).

Well it's nice they will bring back HW61 muscle cars, because i have some to buy from the list and old release i quite expensive today.
Second thing is that they could release Hellcat Challenger based on 2010 Challenger mold... Re release is ok, but i want to see something new.

I hope that they will do some Hell Cat Challengers/Chargers and 2016 Ford Mustang 350 GT.. New Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and team up with Gaincorp and make current high performance 2016/2017 Buick Regal GS & Cadillacs CTS-V, ATS-V CT6-V cars.

It would be really smart already using Gaincorp's molds as bases for these cars if you're reading this Matt!!

I would certainly do these ATS-V cars!!

ATS-V using Gaincorp's ATS Model Dealer Edition model(Pictured below)...

Also, if Cadillac makes a CT6-V or not, I would sell this under HY61...

Also Some Hell Cats...

..and one of these Camaro ZL-1 2017
