Indianapolis, IN (January 15, 2016) - On the heels of the GreenLight Collectibles GMP brand reintroduction from
early 2015, another familiar brand name is returning to shelves in 2016 after an extensive marketplace hiatus.
Previously marketed under the Precision Miniatures brand name, GreenLight will reintroduce these highly detailed
1:18 scale model cars throughout 2016 and into 2017 under the newly formed Precision Collection moniker.
The 2016 relaunch of the Precision models will begin with a collection of attractive 1:18 scale Cadillac models that
have been in high-demand on the secondary market for several years:
PC-18001 1:18 Precision Collection - 1:18 1959 Cadillac Ambulance - Red and White
PC-18002 1:18 Precision Collection - 1:18 1966 Cadillac S&S Limousine - Black
PC-18003 1:18 Precision Collection - 1:18 1966 Cadillac S&S 48 High Top Ambulance - Red and White
The Precision models, developed to scale, deliver a larger than life 1:18 scale collection to the market. Each model
measures more than 14 inches in length and 4.5 inches in width, and more than justify the retail price with top of the
line interior and exterior details, as well as an extensive collection of chrome body parts.
"When exploring opportunity to relaunch a model car brand or reintroduce dormant mold families that have
experienced an extended absence from the market, we dedicate extensive time and effort to researching the state of
the market for subject matter, quality expectation and price-point", said Russell Hughes, GreenLight Collectibles
President. "In the case of Precision, we saw a great opportunity to satisfy a starved collector community with highly
detailed ambulance and limousine models".
The initial Precision Collection items are available for pre-order via GreenLight beginning in January 2016, with the
first item planned for May 2016 release. Decorated samples of the first items will be on display at the 2016
Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nürnberg, Germany from January 27-February 1 (Booth: Hall 7, Booth #F-
53) and at the 2016 New York Toy Fair, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from February 13-16, 2016 (Booth: Hall
1D, Booth #4606). Following the Cadillac items, more Precision molds are scheduled for reintroduction later in
2016 and into 2017.

That sounds like great news. I am especially looking forward to the 1966 Cadillac limousine. I am sure it will be stunning. I will have to figure out proper shelf space to accommodate it!

Are any Greenlight reps still on the forum?
I'm curious if any other Precision hearses will be re-released or if that's it. Hadn't ever thought about collecting hearses till I came across someone's photos of this Precision '59 Cadillac Superior the other day and it looks so creepy-cool that I feel like I really want it.
