I've really liked the styling of the newer A3 sedan chassis and was surprised when I didn't see an RS3 model for quite a while. This is my first GT Spirit model and I'm a bit on the fence with the quality. Mine came with paint issues on the door trim and quite a bit of styrofoam bits stuck inside. Anyone have advice on getting those out without splitting the model open?

Anyway, here's the before and after of the mods I did. Lip kit front and back with upsized work meisters from TK Diecast and Uli Nowak. The rear dish could probably be a bit smaller but it's what I had to work with using 18" inlets on 19" barrels

I like the wheels a lot, just not on that model. The front lip is cool, but I think it needs more mods to pull it off.
But that's just me.

My first and only GT Spirit model so far is also an RS3, albeit the pre-facelift sportback version. Luckily, i didn't encounter any paint issues but I would say the biggest disappointment I had with the model is with the front solid plastic intakes.
