EXTERIOR: The new H3 is based off the Chevy Trailblazer/GMC Envoy platform and will be priced at around $35,000 to $40,000. The model is nicely finished on the outside and pretty heavy, although the roof is at least partially plastic. The paint is decent, although some of the black paint used for trim has been smudged on the red finish. Attachment stubs are a bit noticeable, but the lights are securely on. The only two major faults I have with it are the unbranded tires and the oversized wheels/tires. 20/25
INTERIOR: Really, not bad. This interior reminds me of the Corvette C6 Hot Wheels makes. The seats have a soft feel to them and are perforated like real leather. They are also finished in two-tone, like the G500. The other details are also well done. No carpet and dog-leg hinges cost it a point. 24/25
FEATURES: Here is where the model loses points. No opening rear doors and no opening hood - and thus no engine detail - costs it. Then again, the more opening parts a model has, the gretaer the chance something will break off or become damaged, especially with a budget make. However, the rear door opens, oddly enough! 15/25
VALUE: $20.00 seems right. 25/25
OVERALL: Neat car, neat model. Could have been done better, like many Hot Wheels, but I like! 84/100 (B)
