Hi guys, I want to buy the Ferrari F40 but still don't know which I should get, Hotwheels or Bburago or Tonka Polisti?. I know that Bburago's quality is poor, Hot Wheels's is kinda of toy like, but Tonka's headlamps look real, they pop up like Kyosho's 1/12. Please let me know the quality of the Tonka's F40 in 1/18, thanks alot.

The Polistil version is awfull, the proportions are just wrong. Avoid it by all means. Get the Hot Wheels. The Bburago is a bit worse than the Hot Wheels (worse paint, less detail and it's not the real F40, but the prototype F40).

Get the Hot Wheels.

But the Bburago F40 does have its merits though. For instance:
- the wheels on the Bburago are WAY better, I hate the Hot Wheels's bling-bling execution
- the locks (black strips) for the front and rear decks

And the side windows are nothing to brag about really, it looks so messy! I'd rather have these side windows...

They all miss the black line running aroung the car, i have the Hot Wheels car and it has gone through a modding frenzy of better detail, when i have time, ill plumb the engine.

Oh, and i have the Kyosho 1:12 scale one as well, hurt the wallet abit though, but nthe more i look at it, the more i think that it was worth the extra hours at work to get it.

LOL

You're funny!

I now have the F40, F50 and Enzo by Hot Wheels.

I need the 288GTO to finish off the modern "Super" Ferrari collection.

I'm keeping my eye out>

I wish that Hot Wheels will start the production line again because the demand certainly is there.
