But I don't like the engine on the 997's. All I see is one big lump of plastic. Also the exhaust tips on the 997's aren't hollow enough...

Sorry for the dumb question, but what is the difference between the Carrera and Carrera S?

WOW! Those are some excellent choices, Eric! Every on of them is a beauty. The paint on the 997 S is deep enough to swim in! Pics and cars like those make me consider jumping into budgets again. :confused

LUW - The Carrera S has a 3.8 liter 355 hp flat-6, whereas the Carrera has a 3.6 liter 325 hp motor. :cheers

Nice cars! I like the seats in the GT! It's good Porsche put the front lights back to how they should be on a 911.

I don't know if you've see the new boxter but it looks as if a lot of it's styling is derived from the Carrera GT.
