To me , while being a little old, the xj13 still has the best cockpit and overall feel as to weight and color. Also the skylines are exceptional but there is really no worthy competitors.

The list is long: XJ13, Vette '53, '71 Mach 1, GT3 (R and RS), Miura, Maybach, Chaparral, 917L - just to name a few. AUTOart has a large list of great models. I sincerely can't elect #1.

Well, naturally, I can't speak for the Aas I don't have, so the best ones I've encountered so far are the ME Countach and the New Beetle RSi. :mine

That's an evil question :nutkick AUTOart makes some kickass models, really good for a reasonable price. I really can't pick one, but I guess the Merc E190 Evo2 (which I don't have) comes pretty close... :box

This is difficult as there are many good cars from Autoart. Answers to this question are really based on ones personal desires and emotions. For me, here is what I consider their best work:

Jaguar XJ13, 1965 Chaparral

I'd throw in the Peugeot 206 WRC, the Impreza WRCs (especially the bugeyed one and the newly released 2003 model) and the Toyota GT-One.

If I could subtract the dogleg hinges, & the lack of engine detail :ranting I would say, the ford focus wrc but defenet picks would be Toy GT-one & MB CLK GTP!

The MB has a mean stance when you look at it side on :cool

Well, since I currenly only have 3 AUTOarts in my collection, I can only add my opinion based on those. Among them, I would say my favorite is the Lexus GS 400. Granted, this was one of AUTOart's early models, so many models released then have had significant quality improvements, but this baby is still my "jewel"! :cheers

I would have to say the Miura :danbana is their best work. Concidering that the last model available of a Muira was from Anson, and we all know how bad this really was, :ranting, The AUTOart model is so good looking, I bought all 3 colors. I have to see how the Kyosho version is, as they have other colors coming.

I would have a close second place go to the Toyota 2000GT coupe. After seeing the real car in person at a well known gentleman's car collection, I went on Ebay, and bought the red one the very next day. I will probably get the silver also. This model is :tongue
