Is it decal? Is it tampo?

Please take a look at the photos. As you can see, there's an "clear outline" on the decorations on the model. Are these indications of decals?

I now have a better understanding of nut... I mean decals... and tampoes too! :giggle

I'm gonna have to say the JGTC skylines have tampoes and decals. The decal parts include parts of the hood, parts of the top, and a bit of the sides. The rest seem to be painted, or tampoed.
