I can't find any thread dealing with Laudoracing specifically, so I thought I would start one.
I have a fondness (madness?) for small Italian subjects - and Abarth stuff in particular.
They make exclusively Italian subjects (or so they say!) in 1/18th scale - always sealed resin.
I have several, and am impressed with the Otto/GT Spiirt levels of accuracy and finish.

I'll start the ball rolling with links to their 2016 catalogue:

And the recently added 2017 edition:

I think we qualify under the term 'club' as members of Diecast Exchange.
Perhaps one of our top brass could apply to the company and claim access to the 15% discount on offer.....

Alright guys.

Thinking about the 131 (which incidentally was the dream car for me when i had the 127 sport) i seem to recall them mainly in black. Decisions decisions
tricky choice! But it'll really ping in that bright orange :)
Looks like the Montecarlo is due soon, and initial images look good.
Considering how good the 850 coupe 'sport' seems to be, Laudoracing are back on track.

I was very happy to see the Montecarlo. Only had a quick look at the pics, but they look very promising indeed. I'm a tad disappointed that the blue one isn't the light metallic blue I was hoping for, but I see that's the base colour for one of the Carrera Messicana versions, which are a pleasant surprise, so I can live with that. The roof appears to open too, which is nice.

I like all the colours - even the white - and I'd really like one of the Carrera Messicana versions, too. Just a bit torn over which colours to get.

I now hope Laudo's 127 is this good :)

I have a 127 sport, so it shows they know how to do it properly.
Of course I know the new one is the older car (!), but there is really very little difference between them externally.
The bodyshell was almost unchanged apart from the sheetmetal changes front and rear.
So the omens are good.
agree - finger crossed. One other difference visual - I think the shoulder line on the older car differs; the base of the rear side windows sweeps upward, where as on the newer car, it's closer to horizontal.

Are you going to get a Monte do you think?

You are correct, Wikipedia says the rear window was changed to the larger 147 style.
No on the Montecarlo, never been a fan, although I do have two group 5 versions - of which I am a fan......

Rather strange I think!

lol, no worries.

I'll keep you posted on what the quality is like when mine arrives. Need to decide what colour/colours to get first! :)
At first glance, it looks like the Twin Spark is basically Laudo's 3.0 V6, but with different badges and an exhaust re-route. Presume the rest is all the same. The 3.0 V6 sits a bit high, though. I will look more closely at the 2.0 to see if it is different. Either way, I won't be getting one as I have the 3.0 V6 and there's not enough to distinguish the 2.0 for me to want to buy it.

The 33 looks good and right to my eyes. I'm going pass on that one too though, as I'm not a huge 33 fan.

I hope the 127 is out next :)

I still need to order a Montecarlo... still unsure on which colour to go for, though!
Not Laudomodels per se.
Two versions of the Fiat 124 from '1st models' (?) listed as available again.
Opening parts, but look to be rather crude and based - it would seem - on Soviet era Lada's.
And way too expensive for a bBurago level of quailty.

It's IST models, they're made by someone else but I've forgotten who. I've got a couple of their VolksPolice models, but even though I only got them recently, they didn't cost as much as these (but often they sell for crazy prices)
The Lada models were about 45 euros when they came out. I think their new releases are this sort of price.

Thanks for the info Craig.
I wasn't aware these models had been available in the past, and would like to get one - but only if close to the original pricing.
€150 - €170 is way beyond what I will pay.
The shape of the body looks accurate (unlike the recent Laudoracing Fiat 128), even if the rest is very rough.
it's been a few years since I've seen a Tipo, but I'm not sure about the profile on this one:

More images of the first generation Fiat 127.
There were no real sporty versions of this car, so they should all be 'bog standard'.
I had one of these, and it would run on the fumes of spilt petrol.

Not my choice for one of those Abarth based prototypes produced in the 70's.

good spot, Slart. Thanks for sharing. The 127 looks very accurate indeed to my eyes. Makes me wonder how they can get this so right and its sister 128 so wrong. Weird.

I think I'll give that Lancia prototype a miss :)

They were supposed to be doing the 031 proto - which won the Giro in 1975, and I would be all over it.
Or a group 5 X1/9.
But that bug eye Montecarlo is awful looking.

It should be an Abarth 030, that run in 1974 Giro d'Italia.
Based on prototype Fiat X1/20 (that later became Beta Montecarlo, branded Lancia), with a V6 engine from Fiat 130.
Engine later modified and mounted on 031.
