Hey people, this is the other purchase, the Maclaren F1. Gulf Livery.
I must say I am impressed with this piece, probably the best Mac I have from UT. The colour is very rich and smooth. The decals are well apllied and look very good.
Obviously it hasn't the best details as it is an old model but it is really a striking one. Very happy to have it in my collection.

Congratulations Bernard. This is really one of the best looking Macs in the UT range as you say. The color combination compliments this car very well.
Man! what will it take me to ever be at the right place at the right time. BTW, did they have a Harrods Mac # 51? Guess you would have got it too if there was one.

I haven't asked them if they have any more Ut macs in the other store though... I will ask them later on this month as my funds have just dwindled with another cheap yet rare purchase.... :tempted

Thats a real nice looking collection of Mac`s there Bernard . I only have the Muller race car , but I do have the 3 street cars(Black longtail , Orange LM and Silver F1)

Well, when I went to Ireland, I always looked in every shop... strangely I didn't find any diecast for sale.... just one on the last day!
I am very happy with these Macs, I hope I will get a couple more, maybe even the street ones, but I will never spend a lot on them... only lucky finds :giggle
