I've been eyeing the '87 Caprice ever since I saw it posted here for sentimental reasons (it's the car I learned how to drive on). I just feel the price is a tad high for what it is from the one retailer in the US I found that's taking preorders. And for some reason the sellers on ebay are quoting insane prices! For non-police versions some are asking 500+ for the one in burgundy!!! WTF?!?!? Did I miss something?

Thanks for the tip! I wasn't crazy about the MCG prices, quality, and lack of opening parts, but was likely to get it for sentimental reasons. However, I'd definitely prefer a Greenlight version especially with opening doors and such. Do you have any idea when the release will happen? I checked out Greenlight's site, but found no details/press releases.
