This car was co-driven by Rinaldo Capello, Thomas Bscher and Emmanuele Pirro.
Sadly, the car had to retire from the race after 228 laps as a result of an accident.
As for the diecast, it is certainly difficult trying to photograph a black car. The only suitable background was a rather "ratty" looking flat black background. Lighting is also a challenge in trying to illuminate the car & wheels without overexposing the windows.

The only part they got on tape was after Lehto and McNish's cars were beached in the gravel. Right after that, a Ferrari did a big 360 on the track right by them! Speculation is that there was a pool of oil on the track but no flagmen warned of that. I hear McNish has been carted off to the hospital. After he brought his extremely crippled car back to the pits, he jumped out of the car and collapsed. The race on TV will resume in 50min from now as the TV channel has this time slot for F1 qualifying in Montreal. Sadly, I'm in a "blackout zone" which means I can't watch what's going on. :crying :crying

I heard that McNish was oof to the hospital, maybe with a concussion (hitting a wall at 300km/h can cause this).

SM3: As the Loctite cars seems to be more rare than the black presentation car, you should consider the former one if the price is reasonable. I have seem the odd picture of the latter and it also looks really sharp!

2nd there is no footage of the 24hr race here in Australia :ranting :ranting I want to :nutkick the person who did not want us downunder to enjoy the race.
