Tom: That's a reflective black bristol board I bought from Michaels (arts & crafts supplies store). The only issue with that material is that you have to be careful with it otherwise it'll scratch or crease. It's also a major dust magnet so i have to wipe the surface with a soft clothe every time I shoot pictures.TMD96 said:Felix, I'm loving that reflection. What do you use for that reflective surface and bg?
What camera make/model do you have Darrick? Maybe I can look up its specs and see if there are suggestions I can come up with for you?DiecastX said:Felix,
I'm going to try this set up this evening.
I'm currently using a two halogen lights, one that hits from the top and the other hitting from the side.
My camera is all automatic, so that might be the problem. As I usually have to take pics with the flash on, they sometime turn out good and other times turn out with to much glare.
So I'm going to experiment a little.
I saw your set up earlier but wasn't sur ehow you had the lights angled.
