Sorry SM

Have been playing again (had some free computer time )

Seeing all the Macs in this forum, I am becoming very tempted (In 1:18, I normally go for the Older or TV/Movie cars) The Mac would sit very nicely next to my Red Porsche Carrera GT :happy

Regarding Black cars, our clients seem to like Black on Black
eg:

But if you photographed your black cars on a contrasting background, you could then superimpose it on any other image

Also whilst webdancing found this site (desktop theme/screensaver and visdeos) for all you Mac F1ers out there in ciberland

Thanks for all the nice words guys! :cheers :cheers

Ken: Once again, you make my cars punch out beautifully! Thanks for your wonderful artistic skills. It's very much appreciated!

Did I mention to you that I'm a blue-freak??? :lol The blue works superbly with the orange papaya as they're on opposite sides of the colour wheel (and complement one another just right!) Now, did you know UT packaged that car in a two-tone blue box? :wink

That's a really nice black on black shot you referred me to. Excellent lighting would be key to pulling off a good photo. The edges of the car would need to be accentuated to show its form. Now there's a challenge!

Wish I had bought one of these when they first came out, instead of the Harrod's car. One of my dream roadcars, for sure.
Hey Guibo,
The harrods 51 mclaren is a great model too. I am searching high and low for it and have it on order at a online store. They are very difficult to come by and i am on both my knees infront of the orange f1, fervently hoping.

Thanks for your compliments, I love blue, over any other colour.

The beauty about blue, is that it is a receding colour, any other colour placed on it will 'punch out'

ps. thats why Ronan's pictures look so brilliant (the clever Doc uses blue!) :nicejob

stunning, simply stunning. it looks great with the black, but the blue does look a "shade" better. I like what you did with the wheels in the second pic Ken. :cheers

Yeah, back in the day you could buy these cars for dirt cheap, relatively speaking. Even Exoticars used to have the GTR's for $34.95. If only I knew then what I know now!

Of all the Mac F1's I have in my collection, I don't have any of the "street" versions.

Wish I had this one, and the black longtail street version.

Great score, Felix!

:cheers
