Red Nose Day refers to "Comic Relief" which is a series of events based around a telethon held every 2 years in the UK. It was very much inspired by Live Aid back in the 80s and is supported by most British comedians such as Rowan Atkinson, Robbie Coltraine, Jennifer Saunders and so on. :cheers
