I have seen the 1990 #45 and now the 1991 #1. The #1 has front and rear spoilers that the #45 does not have. I thought there was only one. Anyway I was thinking of getting one, and I guess I'll go with the 1991 SMS car. Sorry I couldn't find any pics.

#45 was Walter Rohrl's season car for 1990...he did reasonably well, won one race at the Nurburgring but was mostly there as support for H-J Stuck (who won the title in 1990) and Frank Jelinski. Rohrl finished 11th in the DTM in 1990.

#1 is indeed Hans-Jochaim Stuck's season car for 1991. Stuck finished 3rd in the DTM behind new teammate Frank Biela and Mercedes driver Klaus Ludwig. The real loser was Johnny Cecotto, who was taken out at the first corner of the final round by another Mercedes driver...no less than Michael Schumacher...

The next Audi for release will be the #2 car of Frank Jelinski from the 1992 season. 1992 was a shocker for Audi, largely because the engines they wanted to use were knocked back thanks to BMW. The Audi crankshafts kept failing, and halfway through the season Audi pulled out. At the end of 1992, BMW wanted new engine rules, and when they were denied, BMW quit...

Personally I'm waiting for this one. :cheers

Hans finished third in the U.S. Trans-Am Championship driving an Audi 200 Quattro, earning the 'Rookie of the Year' title with seven wins.
