Minichamps Mercedes G wagons and AR models

Are all recently released Minichamps 1/18 Mercedes Benz G wagons made by Almost Real? And most importantly, are they the same quality as the ones released by Almost Real G wagons 4x4?

I am asking because the Almost Real G wagons seem to be priced higher than the Minichamps versions and also it is more difficult to obtain Almost Real models in some countries. If anyone knows something please comment. Thanks.

I have Brabus adventure by AR and new G class by PMA. PMA was circa $100, brabus 250. AR is on a quite higher level than PMA. It is sort of old good AUTOart, or sort of diecast AUTOart of today (give or take some). PMA is sort of better PMA. Roof is made out of plastic I think, and that is the worst I can say about it. All in all, they are not the same quality, now how much price difference of 150 (in my case) is justified, I don't know. I have feeling that in some hand AR is overpriced bit more than PMA. I think $200 for AR and $80-100 for PMA would be more appropriate.

Thank you, this was exactly what I wanted to know!
I thought it was too good to be true if they were the same quality with such difference in prices. The problem is that I prefer a G63 (in diecast, so no Autoart) rather than a 4x4squared.
