Cool Vipers (and Skylines, and Macs, and the lone CLK GTR)...Is this a temporary shot? Does the #55 car have to go back into quarantine now? :lol

Thanks Tim. Yeah, Mr 55 has to go back for quarantine for a few weeks. I have to make sure no contagious Viper diseases spread around right? :wink :giggle

I'm glad you like the setup Darrick.

As for your question, wow, that's toughie! They all rank high up there except for the all yellow #1 from the Nurburgring. For the aesthetics, it'd be the #94. If you're not looking at aesthetics, then it'd be the red #51 that won the GTS class at Le Mans in 2000.

OT: I'm going to bring the hood along to the ALMS race at Mosport (just outside Toronto a little bit) and see if I can get Olivier Beretta to sign the underneath of the hood. Actually, he drove do many GTS-Rs that I'm almost tempted to bring 5 of my hoods along for him to sign. :giggle But that'd be a wee bit excessive wouldn't it?

You're most welcome ALI G. :cheers :cheers

***squish squash squish squash ....pardon me....you're tire is on my front air splitter!....ooops, sorry.*** :lol

AUTOart made 14 GTS-Rs altogether. I must say their quality is very high overall! Though if you are ever looking for any, just be sure to check that if they use decals, that they're not dried up and cracked/broken. It's so annoying to find cars with torn decals.

Nice pit of vipers Felix. Taint' no way I'm walking through there barefoot. :lol

On a serious note though, the use of halogen lighting can ruin both the paint and decals on your prized diecast. Fluorescents are a better way to go. :cheers

Thanks for the compliments & that warning Mike! Good thing I haven't had the lights on too much. :cheers
FIFTEEN VIPERS!

The #53 Red one is the second place car at the 2000 24 Hours of LeMans, which I had the pleasure of attending in person.

:cheers

And I actually have a mint red #51 sitting in my closet, maybe waiting to be a #52 (fourth place at 2000 LeMans behind third place #64 Corvette).

I knew we could rely on you Jim for that photo!!

While you were at the 2000 Le Mans, did you sleep during the nighttime or did you do an all-nighter? Do you have any pictures from that trip you could post? I've thought of making a family trip to France in the nbext few years. Everyone in our family are food/dessert freaks. :giggle The only problem is pulling the kids out from school early for the flight to France. :confused
