This is it, folks! I got this beast a few months ago, but it wasn't until recently that I had the supplies and motivation to take some truly quality pictures of it. This is the first time that I've used lighting other than the bulbs in my ceiling fan and a background. After I took the shots, I touched them up using my camera software to maximize the impact they'll make.

So now I present to you my first GMP - the 1972 Pontiac GTO (#2033 of 3,996)!!! :woohoo

I call this my "LUW shot." :giggle

And finally, my favorite one of all, shrouded in shadow... :cool

EDIT: I'm very sorry to edit your post, but please read this notice. Kindly keep picture dimensions within 640 x 480 pixels and with a maximum file size of not more than 55 KB. Thanks for your cooperation!

Thank you, Jeff! I was determined to make them revolutionary in my growth as a diecast photographer. :cheers I felt an $80 model needs an extra-special effort.

ACK! Sorry about the size. I reduced them to the right file size on Photo Bucket, but I guess I didn't get the dimensions right. :nutkick None of the specs match from program to program. I resized them to 640 X 480, but Photo Bucket is acting up. I'll reload them ASAP. :cheers

Nope, I was in my room holding a utility light bar and sweating my _____ off. :lol

Thanks for the compliment, LUW! Now I know I'm doing it right, if guys like you notice it. :cheers
There, I fixed'em! :danbana
Thank you, Tom. :cheers I'll have to show some pics of this facing off against my black UT Stingray some day...
Yeah, they've got a lot working for them, VLB. They're heavy on weight AND detail. :lol

Thanks, Timbo, Mox, and Gian! I'm really glad you guys like the photos. :happy
They got exactly the response I was looking for. :woohoo
Thanks, dude! I'm glad you like it. :happy I had a feeling you'd favor the last picture. :giggle I was gonna use the white BG, but black worked better as soon as I tried it.

Thanks for battling the other dude out in the bidding war. :cheers
Thank you, Dennis! :cheers

I'm sure yours will be just as good. In fact, you can find the same one as mine for around $50 whenever they're on eBay. I learned that the hard way. :nutkick I paid $80 for mine. :cry
