Here is a new driver of the day

Didn't know this one but just watched a video of the aftermath of his crash ... what an appalling way to handle a seriously injured driver. Thank goodness we have come a long way since then.

Well I guess No one got it other than the collector. Ivor Bueb is the gentleman's name and yes he won the traggic 1955 running of Lemans, with future world champion Mike Hawthorn, he also won there 1957 with Hawthorn. Sadly Ivor lost his life in 1959 At Clemont Ferand, the only driver to ever die at the French Mountain circuit.

And RIP Sir John Arthur "Jack" Brabham who has died at the age of 88

Well done Jinx, you have a good eye for "talent" I guess its like Piercarlo used to say, better to be on the grid that not on the grid, but man this guy had very little success.
