I have both the Hotwheels in 1:24 and 1:18 and the Revell in 1:12th. Scuderia is correct in that the 1:12 plastic kit body is pre-painted. The detail is not up to current Tamiya, but it will display real nice...
One neat thiing about the Revell 1:12 is that all of the suspension arms have carbon fiber decals that take time to apply but look real nice!. The decals look very crisp as well.....
Each painted body component is stored in foam apart from one another...
The box is big and while not heavy the shipping may reflect that.
I haven't finished mine yet (work in progress) as I am thinking about adding items from one of the photo-etched detail packages currently out there for the 1:12 cars.
IC....So have you painted the (unpainted) interior? Not sure how it will look if it's totally not painted. Btw, which company produce photo-etched detail for this model kit? :confused
