Oh no....you're going to beat Stevie to getting a digicam aren't you? :giggle The camera specs look really good (e.g. zoom range, minimum distance for macro shots, manual mode for shooting, selectable white balance, 8Mpix imager, using AUTOart batteries or OEM one). The grip looks very ergonomic too (assuming you're righthanded).

Thanks Felix, I was hoping you would chime in on this post :cheers

I wanted to get my lighting and knowledge to a certain point before I spent money on a "real camera" and I am kind of thinking I am to that point.
I am starting to realize the limitations of the camera I have now.

Maybe if I am really, really good, Santa will bring me this :wink

WOW! That's a lot of camera for the $! I have been using Olympus cameras since they were 1.0MP and I swear by them! I have never been let down by them.

Well, I pulled the trigger after finding it at an even lower price.

I hope to have it next week so we shall see, no more blaming the equipment for me :lol

Congratulations, Jeff! If you've only been using a 2 MP for all the great shots you've been posting, I can't wait to see your results when the new one arrives!
