The first purchases of 2005, both by Minichamps and very detailed the only minus is the sealed boot of the Capri but other than that I am very pleased with both of them. These were a topic of a discussion only a few weeks ago here and I couldnt help getting them both.

Great Models rpm!

I was seconds away from buying the red version of the Escort today, but i decided against it for $$$ reasons. I'll get one before the summer though.

Think 2005 will be a good year for the blue oval fans as AUTOart are doing a few more MKI Escorts and Minichamps are doing a few more of the DTM Capri's

Then the Holy Grail ( MKII RS2000 ) :woohoo :woohoo Mexico, Zakspeed ( X-Pack ) and another few

Just need a 1:18 Sapphire Cos and I'll be more than happy :danbana :danbana

MkII RS 2000 is the one I am waiting for as well, I hope AUTOart will listen to us about a 1:18 Saff Sierra Cossie.

The Escort with the bulging fenders looks the business....now all you have to do is put some speedline rims on it just like in the photo! :cool

:nicejob That looks gorgeous Steve, very nice photoshop work. I somehow try to keep all my models stock, but that cant be said for my preferences of 1:1 ones. I also like the MK1s standard rims, as they were typical of the period and fitted to some other cars both ford and non-ford.
I ve got a damaged Integrale that I was burnt by an Ebay seller, I have some plans to mod that one possibly fitting some white Speedlines if I can find. :cheers
