New Car, AA disapointment

Got a AUTOart Blue 911 Carerra Coupe (facelift) from an online retailer (not ebay), and it is a really nice car....
but the interior on the passanger door is missing the lower half, the part with the flocking and molded speaker grill, so to say the least, im very disapointed, I dont really feel its the fault of the retailor as the car was still in factory packing and i didnt discover it untill all the straps and what not had been removed, so I emailed AUTOart to see if they can get me a new part, but ive heard that that is kinda hit and miss, so anyway.... see pic below

If anyone has a spare of this part, id love to buy it!

Thanks for letting me vent...

Matt

If it is a new release, then I'm sure AUTOart will send you the parts.
Someone wasn't paying attention at the assembly line :)

What a bummer!

I'd definitely contact AUTOart (more than once). There are a few members here that have been succesful in getting AUTOart to to send them spare parts, but I haven't been so lucky.

:iagree :cheers

I know how you feel, my tries to get a CSL by AUTOart, both of them, were junk.

AUTOart needs to get new QC in my opinion :giggle
maybe they know their cars have problems, thats why they are so willing to send out parts... :p
