Has anyone ever tried to make headlights from pieces of clear windows,like side windows of models?
I` m coming to a stall with my Suby conversion as i dont know how to approach the new headlight issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Someone here had fashioned headlight covers for his BMW 7er after it fell down and cracked the lens. It was probably made of thin sheet of flexible transparent plastic.
