New (red) background...

I went back to the art supply store and picked up a couple more colored background to try out. This one here is a red "mirror coated" paper. Kinda expensive ($11 for a 30x36 sheet) but does look nice in my opinion.

Getting this shot is tricky. For the lighting, I placed one lamp right above the model (12" above). Looking closely, you could easily see the spotlight's reflection (straight above the seat). I positioned the car to hide it from being completely shown on the camera but left enough of it to show the outline of the left side.

Overall, I think this pic came out pretty decent. I got other colors that I wanted to try later this week. :cheers
