Sorry for the dumb question(s)... but when i try to save some pics it's showing as an AVIF file...what's is a avif file? What's is the best way to copy and paste the pics from the threads i want to nominate?

AVIF is just another image format, same as JPG, PNG and others. It came about around the time of the pandemic.

I think most browsers support it already, so all you have to do is copy-paste the AVIF link and it will show on here.
